Tokyo Steel Manufacturing, Japanese largest electric furnace steel maker, announced on Friday the firm contracted the export of hot-rolled steel coil at C&F US$ 980 per tonne to South Korean re-rollers for October-December shipment. The firm exported the product at C&F US$ 1180 per tonne for July-September shipment due to supply tightness. However, the firm decreased the export price by US$ 200 per tonne when steel sheet market price in Asia is decreasing in and after August.
