World supply of nonferrous metals will get tighter toward 2011, according to outlook by Triland Metals. The firm expects world copper supply turns into short for the first time in 4 years due to strong demand in emerging countries while aluminium supply will be balanced in 2011 after oversupply. The firm expects price of the metals could increase in 2011 from 2010 under the favorable fundamentals.
The firm expects supply of base metals is getting shortage again in 2011. The firm expects the price would be higher level in the expected range by the firm. The price could be supported by speculative money under strong demand in China and limited supply expansion.
