The firm plans to outfit ferrous scrap from overseas thanks to higher yen rate and to accept ferrous scrap for 24 hours.

The firm is reducing needlessness for building of enterprise base which can grow under severe management situation. The firm worked out impulse of arrival patterns of ferrous scrap dealers for 5 patterns A, B,C,D,E and considers production, sales volume and yen rate, and buys ferrous scrap optimally.
