Fujikura announced on Monday the firm’s wholly owned US subsidiary, AFL Telecommunications reached agreement to acquire UK network constructor, TCC Group. With the acquisition, Fujikura eyes better optical cable and metal wire telecommunication service from telephone exchange to every home to develop Europe and other growing market.
TCC Group is headquartered in Bracknell, Berkshire of UK. The firm provides telecommunication network design, building, cabling and maintenance service to major telephone carriers in Europe during 18 years. Fujikura’s subsidiary, AFL Telecommunications makes optical cable and parts with telecommunication network construction business in USA, UK and Germany.
