Marubeni-Itochu Steel (MISI) announced on the 24th that they have agreed to invest in “Network Steel Resources” (NSR), Spain’s largest independent steel group specializing in the manufacturing, processing, and sales of steel plates, and to treat it as an equity method affiliate. NSR has an annual sales volume exceeding one million tons.
