At ferrous scrap export tender (March contract, shipping time limit:May 15th), Kanto Tetsugen held on 11th, average contract price of H2 decreased by 180 yen from the previous time to FAS 22,820 yen per ton. It was the decrease for the 3rd straight months and the lowest price since October 2012(FAS 22,641 yen), but it kept almost flat from the previous month.
