Small producer countries for Tin have a collaborative network centering on tin. Though Malaysia and Thailand was in rival as custom ore and refining country, they started to verge to cooperation relationship that divide custom ore and final ore refining from last autumn, and build a network which is competitive with Indonesia that is the biggest exporter.
