At ferrous scrap export tender (December contract, shipping time limit:February 15th), Kanto Tetsugen held on 10th, average contract price of H2 increased by 135 yen from the previous time to FAS 29,170 yen per ton. It was the increase for the first time in 3 months, but it was modest rise.
