Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metals and JX Nippon Oil & Energy announced on 2nd to agree to develop incoming mining area of Bulga, crude material coal mine in Australia, with Glencore Xstrata, a major resource development company in Switzerland. They got licenses for development from the authorities concerned in Australia. Invests for development is around 704 million Australian dollar, and they will begin construction in 2014.
