JX Nippon Mining & Metals announced on 1st to keep the official copper price for October shipments at 780,000 yen per tonne. Overseas nonferrous metal price including copper is still weak tone on the background of strong dollar and cheaper euro, but, domestic price is supported by cheaper yen and strong dollar.
