Mitsubishi Heavy Industries announced on 7th to agree to establish a joint venture for steel making machine with Siemens of Germany in January 2015. They separate and consolidate the steel making machine business that Mitsubishi-Hitachi Metals Machinery which is a consolidated subsidiary of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and group businesses of Siemens have in Germany, Austria and the USA, and establish the joint venture in the United Kingdom, and draw business company into it’s orbit.
