At ferrous scrap export tender (February contract, shipping time limit:April 15th), Kanto Tetsugen held on 13th, average contract price of H2 decreased by 2,350 yen from the previous time to FAS 32,995 yen per ton. It got to same level as some of ferrous scrap exporters’ purchase price due to dull export market.
