The earning for April-December 2013 of 12 electric furnaces ordinary steel makers were announced on 7th. Though earning tends to increase because of rising sales volume caused by demand recovery, a revision of selling price did not catch up with the increasing ferrous scrap price. Especially, deformed bar makers couldn’t avoid to run in the red, and profit and loss was worsening.
