Ferrous scrap purchasing price for H2 by electric furnaces steel makers in Osaka reached to 40,000 yen per tonne at high price for the first time in around 2 years and half since May 2011. It is around 38,500-39,500 yen. It is background that supply and demand in Osaka area is getting tighter because domestic vessel is used for transit of products and freight shipments for Kansai area is definitive.
