At ferrous scrap export tender (November contract, shipping time limit:January 15th), Kanto Tetsugen held on 12th, average contract price of H2 increased by 3,898 yen from the previous time to FAS 36,668 yen per ton. It is the highest price since April 2011. It got to same level as local electric furnace steel makers’ purchase price due to active export market.
