Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal announced on 2nd, expansion work first phase in the port of Robe River in Australia completed, the joint business for iron ore with Riotinto and Mitsui. It raises shipment capability to 139 million tons, and it will be operated at full swing in the first half of 2014. Moreover, second phase will add 70 million tons of capacity, total shipment capability will reach 209 million tons in 2015.
