Copper and Copper-base Alloy Products Output Exceeds the Previous Year for the First Time in 9 Months

According to copper and copper-base alloy products output flash of July Japan Elongated Copper Association announced on 28th, total output increased by 1.6% from the previous year to 69,670 tons, it exceeded the previous year’s result for the first time in 9 months. Outputs close on 70,000 tons level for the first time in 2 years, and it breathed resurgent demand. But it for domestic decreased. Copper strip and brass bar improved, but copper tube decreased compared with the previous year.
