It has just become clear that Tokyotekko and Itoh Iron & Steel, electric furnaces deformed bar steel makers, is talking for comprehensive tie up. It is estimated that they will pursue consultations intending the future restructuring and consolidation. Though they has already tied up as they established a joint selling company of deformed bar, are willing to seek in-depth cooperation.
