Sumitomo Corporation announced on 20th to begin talks aimed at participation in new construction plan of manganese ferroalloy factory in Malaysia. Each companies to joint, Sumitomo Corporation, Assmang which is a major stock company in South Africa and China Steel Corporation(CSC), has completed examination for commercialization, and discuss details. New factory will be built in the place can use electric power of economical hydropower generation with initial investment of around 328 million dollars, and it will start to operating in 2016.
