JFE Steel announced on 19th, long term fabrication test of “ferrocokes” which is a innovative raw material for blast furnaces ran in East Japan Works Keihin, and commissioning test in No.6 blast furnace of East Japan Works Chiba, completed in fiscal 2012, and verified lowering of reduction fraction and cokes fraction keeping stable operating.
