Ferrous scrap price in Japan continued to drop. Electric furnaces steel manufactures in Kanto and Kansai area including Tokyo Steel decrease the purchasing price from April 5th arrivals due to decline of export price for Korea. For the present, the dealers expect the market falls because some positions are liquidated in the end of the fiscal year and there are not any materials to tighten the market.
