Aluminum material haggling session of the second half of March, aluminum secondary alloy maker and materials wholesale dealer have been negotiating, is in the final stage, and it is expected that high grade decreases by 1-3yen, and low grade keeps flat. These are on the background that supply and demand is getting tight, though high grade price was improved because LME price on 19th was below 1,900 dollars.
