Sumikin Bussan announced on 31st, Sanei Kohan and Daimaru Kozai they are affiliated coil centers in Nagoya city, will consolidate on April 1st. Sanei Kohan becomes merging company, and new company name is Sanei Daimaru (assumed name). They aims to increase the selling system for steel sheets expanding and streamlining community-based business in Chubu Tokai area.
