Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal, Nittetsu Shinko Shearing and Shearing Kozyo announced on 18th that Nittetsu Shinko Shearing and Shearing Kozyo had an agreement to consolidate. They plans to integrate in the first half of fiscal 2013. It is the first rebuilding of affiliate shearing companies since Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal was born, and consolidating of affiliate shearing companies has been completed in Kansai area.
