Mitsubishi Materials diversify source of supply of tungsten resource for carbide tool. Outputs of tungsten in China account for 80% of production in the world. In some materials, Japan imports almost 100% from China. Mitsubishi Materials want to build stable procurement system of materials, expanding source of supply to other contries including Australia, has rich tungsten resource prospect. The firm plans to increase kinds of materials using recycled materials from used carbide tool.
