Supply and demand of low-grade copper scrap used on smelting process, is getting tight, and the price keeps rising in distribution market. Competition of pickup is intensifying in the market because wrecking construction which is the source is decreasing and quantities are dropping due to weak copper market, on the other hand, smelter is operating steadily caused by a rich scrap demand.
