Osaka based aluminium foil and powder maker, Toyo Aluminium announced on Tuesday the firm finished talk for Chinese joint venture with high purity aluminium maker, Guangdong Dongyangguang Aluminum in Shaoguan, China. They failed to reach agreement.
Toyo Aluminium announced in April 2011 they signed memorandum of understanding for the joint venture to make aluminium foil for electrode and packaging.
