The firm is requested by Indian transplants of Japanese automakers. Nikkei MC Aluminum (Thailand) studies special alloy export to Indian users. Nikkei MC Aluminium expects Indian production base could secure local demand for high grade products when Indian makers cannot make high grade products. Japanese major automakers already have local production bases in India while major automotive parts makers also have production bases. Their expansion of local bases could increase the alloy demand. Nikkei MC Aluminium talks with Indonesian alloy makers for potential technical support.
