Tokyo Steel Manufacturing increased H-beam and concrete reinforcing steel bar selling price by 2,000 yen per tonne for contract users in morning of Monday. Tokyo Steel decided to increase the steel selling price when ferrous scrap price is increasing and construction is recovering.
