Local electric furnace steel makers pay 23,500-24,000 yen per tonne for H2. They watch and see the situation under appear ceiling mood on scrap export price. Japanese market players have mixed view on scrap price move. Korea and Taiwan steel makers is decreasing scrap purchase price, and Tokyo Steel Manufacturing increases that. Scrap dealers pay attention on export tender of ferrous scrap held by Tokyo-based ferrous scrap dealer’s association, Kanto Tetsugen.
