Strong Price of Equal Angle and Channel Steel in Tokyo

Equal angle price is strong at 70,000 yen per tonne for product with 6 millimeters thick and 50 mm width, and channel price is strong at 5 millimeters thick and 50 by 100 mm width, at dealers’ reselling price without freight around Tokyo. The market price keeps constant level, despite low order to dealers. The market price would rise if shipment becomes more active at dealers. It is expected the market price keeps flat. There is some stock out for cannel inventory at dealers, while equal angle inventory is increasing for some sizes. However, both inventories are gradually decreasing after May. Sales conditions are being good at dealers.
