Mitsubishi Materials announced on Wednesday the firm raised official lead ingot price by 7,000 yen to 205,000 yen per tonne for domestic shipment in September. The price recovered to nearly highest level since 210,000 yen on February 7 of this year thanks to the increase of overseas lead market. The monthly averaged price became to 198,800 yen.Japanese official lead price declined by around 30% to 150,000 yen per tonne on June 21 from yearly highest 210,000 yen on February 7. The price turned to the gradual increase thanks to the recovery of lead price at London Metal Exchange following the surge of copper and nickel markets and stays at around 200,000 yen in September.
