Japan Output of Nonferrous Metal Ingot Increases in September

Japanese production of electrolytic silver, electrolytic copper, electrolytic lead and zinc increased in September from a year ago among 16 items of nonferrous metal ingot and product statistics by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Among nonferrous metal products, production and shipment increased in September from a year ago for only 3 products among 16 items, which are rolled copper products, aluminium foil and optical fiber products. Metal ingot production increased when nonferrous metal prices stayed high, though output and shipment of metal used products are relatively in adjustment phase.
