Tokyo based steel processor, Neturen Co. announced on Tuesday the firm will build automotive high strength spring steel wire making joint venture in Midwest of USA starting operation in 2008. The firm decided to build the plan to meet growing demand from US transplant of Japanese automakers when the transplants expand the operations and shift to high strength spring wire. The firm will send the manager from Japan to the plant with US$ 12 million of capital.
