Ferrous scrap purchase price by electric furnace steel makers in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka decreased by 100 yen to 32,400 yen per tonne for H2 grade in second week of June from previous week, according to Japan Ferrous Raw Materials Association. The national average price increased by 95 yen to 33,153 yen per tonne for H2. The price was flat at 32,517 yen around Tokyo and at 32,040 yen around Nagoya while the price decreased by 333 yen to 32,567 yen around Osaka.
