Mitsubishi Materials announced on Tuesday the firm raised the official lead ingot price by 39,000 yen to 414,000 yen per tonne for domestic shipment in September. The latest price rebounded to the level near 434,000 yen at the end of August. The monthly average would be 402,600 yen without any more revision within this month.Lead settlement price at London Metal Exchange was US$ 3,253 per tonne on Monday, sharply surging by 11.6% from US$ 2,915 on 10 September. The telegraphic transfer selling rate was 116.08 yen per US dollar on Tuesday, which was 113.79 yen per US dollar on 10 September when Mitsubishi Materials previously revised down the official lead ingot price.
