Yokohama based major steel making plant supplier, JP Steel Plantech Co. expects the order received increases to 59 billion yen for fiscal 2007 compared with record 36 billion yen in fiscal 2006. The firm tries to follow the expanding demand from steel industry. The firm reported 36.5 billion yen of order received in the first half year of fiscal 2007, which was 2.7 times of same period of last year. The firm expects major order receipt mainly for processing lines in the second half. The firm posted 2.4 billion yen of recurring profit for fiscal 2006, which was 6.6% higher than fiscal 2005. The firm tries to expand the business when worldwide steel makers expand the operations aggressively.
