Hyundai Steel of South Korea increased the offer for Japanese ferrous scrap by 5,000 yen per tonne for H2 grade at weekly tender on Wednesday. The firm offered FOB 41,000 yen per tonne for H2 grade, 43,500 yen for HS grade and 44,500 yen for new cutting grade, which was 5,000 yen higher for H2, 4,500 yen higher for HS and new cutting grade from previous week.
