JFE Bars & Shapes to Keep 50% Production Cut

JFE Bars & Shapes Corporation reduces the production by 50% for angle and channel in January-March from same period of 2008. The firm keeps the production cut since November to improve the supply balance when the users reduce the inventory. The firm reduces the order receipt by more than 50% from April-June.

The firm expects the inventory adjustment would finish in February and March. The firm expands the production cut to improve the supply balance including the inventory level.
